GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION/ADMISSION TO NURSERY

Application forms for admission to Nursery for the Academic year 2027 – 2028 will be issued as per the details given below –

Time	9:00 am – 11:00 am
Venue	Fee Collection Counter (for offline)
Cost of Form	Rs 300/- ( Three hundred only)
Age Limit	3 – 4 Years as on 31.03.2027 (Born between 01.04.2023 – 31.03.2024)
Submission of filled-in Forms	5th Nov, 2026 – 20th Nov, 2026 (Applicable for offline only)

Documents to be attached at the time of submitting the filled in application forms (Offline/Online both)–

1. Attested Copy of the Birth Certificate (Issued by the Govt. Office)

2. Copy of the Aadhar Card of the child.

3. Copy of Address Proof (Aadhar Card/Bank Pass Book/Telephone Bill/Ration Card etc.)

4. Copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable (Issued by the Govt. Office)

5. Copy of BPL Card/Income Certificate, if applicable (Issued by the Govt. of Jharkhand)

6. Copy of Medical Book of Child if Tata Steel/JUSCO Employee.

7. Copy of Gate Pass of Parent if Tata Steel/JUSCO Employee.

8. Past Medical History of the Child (if any)

Instruction for those filling online form: After payment confirmation, you can download a PDF of the Application Form by clicking “Download Form” Option.

1. Take a print along with the instruction & acknowledgement slip page .

2. Kindly attach all the necessary Documents (As mentioned in the Admission Form) along with the Admission form & submit the same in the School Office between 5th Nov, 2026 (Thursday) to 20th Nov, 2026 (Friday) from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

3.PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS COMPULSORY TO SUBMIT THE HARD COPY OF THIS FORM IN SCHOOL OFFICE.
